ALL RETREATS ARE ON A RESERVATION BASIS

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total contract price is due the day the contract is signed. The contract price is based on a guaranteed minimum number of attendees.

Payment

Final payment is due upon or before the day your group arrives at Camp Cargill. You can pay with a check, Visa, or MasterCard.

Final Count

A final count is required ten days before your retreat. Additional attendees may be added after this time if space allows and it does not exceed 10% of the guaranteed minimum.
